We weren't sure what we wanted, so we were hanging back, looking. An older gentleman came up to us and told us to Google KFC coupons. He was excited about the deal he just had. It was sweet. Found deal we wanted and attendant tells us it's an order on line only deal. Had to go outside to parking lot, download app, order food on line, use coupon and go back inside to pick up! Lol sounds strange but got 2 fries, 4 pieces chicken, and 2 small servings of popcorn chicken of $10 Cad plus tax. The young lady at the cash was great. BTW, took 5 mins from placing order for it to be ready.

Customer service was warm and inviting. From the moment I stepped into the establishment, they had a warm smile and a cheery attitude that made me smile right back. Even beyond the standard "service with a smile" shtick, they were inviting and polite. When I got back with my food, the fries were lukewarm...however, I will blame that on the cold, windy night rather than the establishment, as my home is a several minute walk away. I ordered the Boneless Box, a meal with 3 chicken tenders, a personal popcorn chicken, a personal order of french fries, a side of your choice (I picked macaroni salad), and a soft drink of your choice (I went with Pepsi). The popcorn chicken was the perfect middle ground between crispy and soft, with delicious seasoning sealing the deal. Truth be told, the whole thing of popcorn chicken (no more than 8 pieces) was gone within a few minutes of me sitting down, as I had yet to eat today. The fries were fair, the potato flavor was nice and there was light seasoning. The macaroni salad is the first I've had, truthfully, and so I can't really review it properly. I'm not here to pull things out of my rear, and so I'm not going to lie about that sort of thing. From a sample size of one, though, I can say it was alright. Not great, not bad, but okay. The chicken was great, crispy breading and tasty meat, as it should be...Albeit the actual breading itself was a little uneven. Though one piece appeared to be lacking breading, another was overly-coated in it! They were both delicious, though, so I won't hold that against anyone. They also offered up to two dips, but I declined. The selection offered looks to be quite nice, though. As a final tidbit, wait times were basically non-existent (less than 10 minutes!), and the hours are very good and convenient. While fast food isn't necessarily a good thing...My experience proves why it isn't always a bad one either. I give this KFC location a 4.5/5, though it will show here as a 5/5 due to how the rating system here works.
