Subway

The staff here are 100% hands down the best Subway can offer you. Your sub/wrap isn't falling apart and everything is put together very nicely. I forgot to catch the employees name but they actually delivered another sub to me after they made a mistake on the one I walked out with (I work right across the parking lot). I could not get over the customer service. I hope that everyone that reads this understands how hard it is to find good customer service in the "fast food" industry. The owners of this particular Subway have hit the ball out of the park with their workers and they should ALL be told how important they are to their company. If the staffing changed at that location, I'd stop going. Thank you very very much Subway on Kempt road for continuously exceeding my expectations and keeping me coming back. You are all so fantastic! 5 *****

This is the closest Subway to our house. I visit there on the regular, but tonight I had the best experience. Sherwin is the best employee you have employed at this location. Give this man a raise, or make him supervisor/manager...do what you have to, in order to keep this man employed. I'm currently chowing down on my expertly made sub, delicious in every aspect. Rather than telling him how much of something I wanted, he would put the items on and then ask me if that was enough. Sherwin is a true sandwich artist.
