They saved my butt. I ordered veggie pizzas for the boys' Diablo 4 release party by accident and would've been in hot water hahaha. Gave me the two extra veggie pizzas for free and only charged me a tiny bit to switch the others. VERY grateful. They were super super friendly! Also the pizza is the best in Halifax! :D

Amazing service and Pizza. This place is a small family owed business despite carrying the pizza town name and they use high quality ingredients compared to competing places in the area (lots of real chunks of ham on the Hawaiian instead of thin slices for example)- The owner is incredibly kind and caring. We had an issue with ordering online due to the 3rd party company that handles payment, after they were less than helpful the owner called on our behalf, and made our pizza anyways and would not accept our payment for the hassle it caused us. Despite having moved a good distance away from this location we continue to order from here because of their high quality and amazing service!

Had some awesome pizza and garlic fingers this evening (February 18, 2023) from the Lakeside location. I can’t say enough how kind and friendly the staff working was, which was the best part.

First time trying Pizzatown, we really really enjoyed our meal! PT Supreme, BBQ Chicken, and 3 Cheese Garlic Fingers were delicious. Nice bubbly crispy crust and a very friendly employee at the counter. Have we found our go to spot? I think so!
