Taquitos

Apparently under new management but it looked like the same owner to me? Staff are friendly and they make good cocktails. The toilets need checking regularly as strangely both male and female ones can be quite grim (even early on in the evening) New menu with a lot more choice and they cater for most people. Unfortunately although I specifically asked for no beans because I react badly to them my dish did have them in. Fortunately I spotted them and they did replace my meal and took it off the bill. Overall the food was good although the sharing nachos at £10 were rather sparse and one meal was too salty for her palate but she said the steak was good and cooked well. I loved my king prawn burrito with salad and coleslaw but the plain tortilla chips with no dip were unnecessary in my opinion. The waitress Jess was very efficient and helpful. Overall a good night, just a few tweaks needed to improve the overall experience. Well done to the kitchen staff for working in extreme heat ♨️🌡️🌶️🔥

Went this evening with girlfriend. Neither of us has been before and it's a long time since we had done Mexican. Not a huge menu bet still enough to make both of us indecisive so we asked the server (is that the new snowflake term for waitress)? She recommended for us us to choose the sharing taco platter as a main (advising us that they are small portions) and a sharing starter of either loaded fries or nachos. We went with the Nachos and the recommended Taco's with a hot sauce on the side. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is a chilled place, very relaxing and comfortable. Very clean and has a very hospitable atmosphere. The cocktails are slightly overpriced but my girlfriend did enjoy her screaming orgasm. I stuck with cider.

Quiet Thursday evening. It was chilly inside the restaurant but it soon warmed up. Waitress was lovely and chatty. Food was really tasty, we both had Quesdillas, my only gripe is that it was more like a starter than a main. 2 slices and a bit of salad for £8.50 I think it deserved another slice. Good job we ordered the halloumi fries or we might have gone out hungry. Bottle of wine I think was £17.

Went here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The young lady behind the bar was a great front of house representative. She listened to everything I said about my allergies especially as I have a reaction to chilly. She made us feel very welcome and we never had to ask for anything as she was on the ball. And made sure we were enjoying our evening. Then came the food. Amazing presentation that complemented the great tasting food. Cooked to perfection. We couldn't have asked for moor. Will definitely be introducing more friends to this amazing food experience. Well done team. You deserve every success. Can't wait to visit again

We dined here tonight for date night. The food was great apart from one dish that was far too salty. But I don’t want to dwell on that. What counted was how they dealt with our concern. Our concern was dealt with professionally, efficiently and swiftly and that’s why I have given five stars. Will defo be back again!

I had a takeaway Wednesday night and although it wasn't the quickest to arrive (I do live in Slaithwaite which is 20 minutes) it was bloody amazing! Certainly recommend and by far the best place I've ever ordered from on Justeat! If you want something quick maybe not your place but if you want something resteraunt standard which is really tasty, get ordering!

Ordered a take out with Taquitos, didn't realise until after we ordered that the food was coming all the way from westvale (we're in Huddersfield) so the wait was a fair while (about an hour, which all in all isn't terrible). The food was a good temperature and fantastically flavoured - even the chips were fried with amazing spices. Ordered the steak burger and my only critique is there was a tad too much sauce so the bun had gone soggy, but any critique was swiftly forgotten as soon as I tasted it. Oh my GOD I was not prepared for how good it tastes, and the delivery driver was nice and polite. Will definitely be ordering from here again in the future and will definitely be recommending.
