Kfc

I visited KFC with a friend earlier today and I was so pleased with my meal. Kelly, the hostess, was incredibly sweet and patient as we ordered. Though I didn't catch his name, another employee -perhaps the manager on shift- voluntarily walked our tray to the table within mere seconds of sitting down. So sweet! My food was fresh as well, which made all the difference. It was an overall great experience :)

Complete train wreck, service was incredibly slow and food seemed to be the heat lamp special. Took 15 minutes at the window, didn't get napkins or flatware, sad place, but has potential if properly managed to better service customers. Update, I gave this place another shot, hey, new paint doesn't equal better service. The food was better than last time, service was horrible. 22 minutes for one order of tenders, I had to go into the building to ensure they hadn't forgotten about my order.

My family and I went during a lull, there were no other customers, but we had to request a table be cleaned off for us to use b/c they were all dirty, the cashier did come out and wipe off one table for us. The food was delicious, but we had requested no tomatoes on one burger, no pickles on the other, had to pick them off ourselves. I asked for the kids meal for my 5 year old she rang it up as a regular meal. With some good employees this place could be great, we loved the one where we used to live and was very disappointed with our visit.

Drive thru . Twice this week I went to KFC between six and close. Ask for honey mustard both times didn't get any. Ask for a number seven both times that comes with a crispy colonel sandwich both times it was made wrong like wrong bun and made upside down. And the frost time they didn't give me my popcorn chicken. Very dissatisfied with there service.

This restaurant doesn't begin to even have my 1 star rating! Ashley (the morning manager) had me pull up for 3 chicken tenders, wait 20+ minutes, my fiance went inside to get our food because of the wait and was told the tenders had been done for almost 20 minutes! Got our food, order was not correct! Took it back inside, manager was laughing about it & refused a refund!
