Panera Bread

Great customer service! I came in and the cashier let me try a sample of the soup because I wasn’t sure if I’d like it or not. Not only that, when I let them know I’m gluten sensitive they made my order away from everyone else so that there was no cross contamination. I didn’t really expect that to happen, usually in other fast food chains I will ask, I’ll be told no and I’ll have to find something else for lunch. The customer service here is really spot on! I will definitely be coming back! :)

I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. I had the cinnamon crunch bagel and hot chocolate. It's been a while since I ate at Panera, but I remember the food being much better. That's the least of my concern. The guy cleaning tables had a towel only. Never once seen him spray sanitizer on any of the tables. This is not what I call a good sanitizing procedure. A towel dipped in sanitizing solution does not clean more than one table effectively. I know I have gone through countless training classes on sanitization. If I would have seen this before I sat down to eat I would have left. Would have eaten at home. Hopefully this will be looked into.

This is a fine Panera as far as Panera’s go, but try to not go after dark, the quality dips like crazy. For example, this is a chicken noodle soup I ordered and you’ll notice that it contains very little in the way of chicken or noodles. Chicken and noodles is the best part of that particular type of soup, so receiving broth and carrots really doesn’t hit the spot. I’ve never had issues with the morning or lunch crew, but dinnertime is consistently a letdown.
