A delightful place. Very homey. The service was great, everything was fresh and delicious. Clean, well maintained with a spacious outdoor seating area. The hot coco is a must along with the oats and chocolate chip pancakes. But in general, everything we got was good.

The worst service ever we asked for a high chair had to 15 minutes just to get it myself keep in mind the restaurant was not busy when i was ordering the server gave me attitude for no reason for the confusion of how refs are done then when our food was finally served at 25 minutes the eggs were cold and they never brought my toast when i ordered home fry’s i asked for no bacon cause I’m allergic and it came with bacon. And i still gave a good tip because i know peoples time is valuable.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FOOD. I once ordered (delivery) form this restaurant weekly. Approximately 2 months ago I noticed that the food portion was noticeably reduced. Furthermore, the quality of the food was completely horrendous. We’ve tried to give them multiple chances to redeem themselves but they’ve continued to fail my wife and I. The bread was hard, the chicken (chicken parm) was paper thin and over cooked, the French fries were cold and soggy, the French toasts were soggy buttered bread, chicken wings were salty and over cooked, and the over all delivery service was subpar. I will NEVER order from fairmount eats again because today I order their food for the last time (a waste of $30). My wife disputed the charge. I tried Presto’s pizza (3 blocks away for Fairmount eats) today and it was a breath of fresh air (food)
Update: My wife reached out to Fairmount eats in efforts to process the due credit. The employee (female) that answered the phone stated that a driver would return to our address to recover the food then the refund would be processed. Over and hour later, we did NOT hear from Fairmount eats nor an associated deliverer. So we drove during a tropical storm (Sunday August 22, 2021) to the restaurant only to be told that the return was credited. When my wife asked for a receipt, she was told that their system is down so they couldn’t produce a receipt for her. CUSTOMER SERVICE BASICS ARE ABSOLUTELY ABANDONED HERE.

Very unprofessional. Ordered food, just 3 sandwiches, for my father in law and family. Nearly an hour later I call back to be told that yeah they already have it ready but have been busy and waiting on delivery driver. About 20 minutes after that I call again to cancel it and refund, I didn't even get an apology. The rushed hang up was rude and the lack of apology was messed up. Look we know places get busy but you could of emailed or called to update any information. The office has been ordering from here for years by others in family. Not anymore. Do not recommend.
Edit: father in law went in person and got an apology from the owner I believe. Please keep in mind to at least update your customers in the future.

This place is absolutely disgusting. None of the cooks wear gloves and prepare/touch the food with their bare hands. We literally watched as 3 different people had their bare hands in our food. We're not from the area and were looking for a quick bite, but thankfully we won't be eating from here!

The food is ok. But the servers are a bunch of junkies without teeth and pretty vulgar. Especially the rude woman with the crooked teeth called Kim.
Reply to your comment; I prefer to get service in a place where the waitress doesn't vape and talks profanities right next to me. I understand you need your employees to operate your business but at the same time, customers like me shouldn’t feel gross out about the waitstaff that is bringing my food. I’m not coming again.
