Been here loads and have had a variety of experiences. Today was a good one. Good service, quick order to table and a good quality of food. Had a 33% off voucher from the app which made the meal great value for money.

Brilliant service. Nickie our waitress was attentive, friendly and nothing was too much bother. We didn't have to wait too long for anything and the food was good too.

Short staffed so server was ran off his feet. He did his best to ensure service was as quick as can be without seeming rude. Can't fault him but surely more staff needed to serve a full restaurant. My warm dessert arrived on the cold side - I didn't have the heart to complain. Paid on the app and left.

I really enjoyed the starters they offered. However the main course was nowhere near as good. Don't know if it was because I ordered the 'not so nice' ones. However if you pop in without a voucher the food does seem to be overpriced for what they are. I would say things like cozy club gives better food for less.

Food was amazing, I loved the style of the place (I loved the most) and it felt like going back a few decades. And also they have this neat thing where you can scan a QR code at your table and you can pay online which is amazing because it meant we didn't have the fuss of waiting for a waiter which we usually have (we are a school sports team for some context) some times
Also means you can pay using Apple and Google pay.
So really the place is a go to place and my waiter was super great and his name was Zoltan which to me is a cool name.

Family birthday get together. Lovely atmosphere in place. The service was friendly quick and professional. I had bbq chicken wings for starter then skinny chicken pizza. Of course birthday cake for afters. They brought the cake to the usual splendour music of happy birthday and everyone singing and clapping. It's also disable friendly place.

We have had an amazing experience today in this restaurant. Serena was the waitress and cared for us so kindly. Great recommendation was the Nashville hot burger, love love the hot sauce. She went above and beyond to make our visit so special

Went at lunch time for a birthday treat for my son, service was excellent, lady serving couldn't have been more helpful, main course we ordered was hot and well presented, desert was OK, had strawberry mess, a little lacking in the strawberry department but still very nice

Nicely presented restaurant and the waiting staff were pleasant. The food was great quality with good portion sizes compared to some other branches (every branch is its own franchise). I guess the manager here realises a good quality service pays off!
Definitely on the pricey side though. I used my two for one Tastecard offer and it still came to £20 per person - and we don't drink! But that's how Frankie & Benny's is and what to expect in every branch.

A large group of us went for my son's birthday. From age 18 months to 82 years old they coped with all of us very well. The food was quite good. Not amazing but most of us were happy.
They played happy birthday for him and brought out ice-cream with a candle, which was nice. There is a carpark they share with the hotel that is limited to 3 hours.
Not exceptional value but friendly service.
