My partner and I tend to use this kfc. It's what you'd expect, just sometimes the staff clearly do not want to be there and do the bare minimum to serve you. There is one lady who we see normally cleaning tables and is extremely polite. It's more the counter staff. They are not exactly rude but more "what do you want" rather than "can I help you"

The atmosphere is quiet so you can actually sit and enjoy your meal with a conversation with the people you are with. The staff are very busy so didn't really interact with the customers too much. The food is also hot and fresh when we go and doesn't normally take too long to arrive. The tables are cleaned pretty quickly.
