I made a order of 6 lunch for my team work with Doordash delivery and the driver didn't delivery at the right place, I went to the Panera location personally and Matt was so professional and contact them for me not only that he resolve my problem and gave a new fresh whole order, great service!

Panera bread on Old Country Rd. has the most amazing managers who have a marvelous personality when it comes to making their customers feel like they are important to their business brand. I will remain a loyal supporter and for the record the food is absolutely delicious.

Thank you so much! I ordered on the app after my shift from work and I knew it was most likely to be the last order for pick up. The staff was super friendly and didn’t have an attitude. They were kind and even though I was tired and they were tired after a long day at work (I am a RN) made me smile when I picked up my order. The power of kindness 💕… oh yes and the food was delicious- obviously 😋

Everything was fine except that when it said the order was ready in the pickup section it wasn't I waited a few min. Also the portion if the salads are way smaller than before. But the service overall was great.

The fountain drinks and coffee/ tea station are separate so if you want to make yourself an iced coffee, you're running from one end of the shop to the other, but otherwise it's a typical panera. It had a well stocked bakery selection, and the bathrooms were clean.

It's what you'd expect from the chain, food is decent 6.5/10, personally I enjoy the cheddar broccoli soup there and their sandwiches are ok. Good place to eat on a lunch break if it's near where you work but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at one!

Had lunch here today. The food and beverages were very good. The staff was professional and friendly & the restroom was clean. Nice place.

Good, hopefully clean food. They make u like being a rabbit on account of their salads being so good and the variety is good.
Lobster sandwich is good, fresh tasting, not old and fishy. The mac and cheese is always a hit with the kid and the servings are also good portions.
-⭐ because the Chicken Alfredo Pasta just had chunks of chicken tossed on top, no effort made to dismantle the chunks, much less mix them in.
Will this stop me from coming, nope. I just won't order the chicken alfredo again.

Great Panera Bread location. Folks are friendly, food is hot n’ fresh, pastries are good. What else can I say? They have the Craft Beverages that are made fresh daily. Favorite location in New York area thus far we have visited.

Love Panera! Went there for a meeting, had a bagel and green tea while I waited. It was clean, cozy, a bit on the noisy side, but nothing too crazy.
