Not recommending this place employees are slow lazy and not friendly at all I ask them for some more chipotle sauce they said I cannot give you more than that

Very rude and pushy employee. Started my normal order and even before asking what cheese asking if I want chips/drink/cookie. Then when my sandwich is toasted I asked the other employee if they could toast it again just being I like my sandwich to be almost burnt. As the other employee is putting it back into the toaster the rude employee yells out over the entire restaurant "I already toasted that!". Very unacceptable attitude especially for a heavily customer based restaurant.

As soon as I walked in the hefty guy with brown hair sighed very loudly and hesitantly walked over to ask what I wanted with his back turned to me. His appearance was sloppy. He threw the bread I requested onto a piece of paper already out with a marinara stain. He tried to rush my order not giving me a second to ask for what I wanted. He got upset every time I had a “special” request or asked for an ingredient that was readily available. The place was already filthy, with ingredients thrown around and brown stains on the ovens. Needless to say I left. The attitude of the sandwich artist was beyond me. If you don’t like customer service, find another job!

Awful workers. Very rude, irritated, unkind workers. I used to love coming to this Subway about a year ago with the employees they had. Now it seems like they just hire ANYONE! Not coming back until it is fixed.

I don't go often, but I'm relatively disappointed with the sub. They have really gone to a new level of skimpy on the meat and veggies. 6" turkey sub with only 2 mini slices of turkey, it did not even cover the length of bread. The fillings were less than 1/4" thick in total.

Keep way, this subway will rob you, countless customer have been ripped of by them, and the owner knows.
Orders a wrap from them today, the employee scoped one portion, i question it, i said the web site and other subway gives double portions, she said no, she even speak to the owner.
the subway knowingly ripping off there customers.
i walked out and want to the New Garden Rd one, got what the company advtised, i even spoke the the staff there and even they confirmed, it.
The staff at New Garden are more help full and friendly, worth the 5 min drive.

S-L-O-W S-L-O-W S-L-O-W It is an average Subway, but the service is entirely too slow. Twenty minutes for three sandwiches, and I was the only customer! Unfortunately, this has become the norm over the last few weeks. How much is your time worth?

Order was supposed to be ready at 6:55. They are just starting to make it now (20 minutes later). All I got was "uhhh, we were really busy". This is completely unacceptable. The Subway on Fleming Road in Greensboro is the worst. I consistently get terrible service from them.

I went to this location today and I ordered a 6in Italian BMT not toasted. Guess what I got? A foot long toasted! It seems like she was literally giving the opposite of what I told her. I am not happy about this and will not be back, I can’t even tell you her name because she wasn’t even wearing a name tag! Go somewhere else if you want your order right
