Pizza Hut

It saddens me to leave this review: Today I had the worst customer service experience ever. After walking in to receive my order, I waited to be greeted for nearly two minutes. I saw multiple individuals working; however, they were entertaining themselves as if I was not a a patron of their business. Even after walking out and back into the establishment, I was still not greeted. I asked the team in the restaurant if they usually greeted people and Iyvone, the clerk, whom I later found out was the manager, had a horrible attitude. It is unfortunate that my experience was such and, I don’t plan to return to this establishment.

I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS RESTUARANT/STORE LOCATION. I PLACED MY ORDER AT 745PM ON 02-02-22 AND THE ESTIMATED TIME STATED 70-80 MINUTES/PROMISE TIME FOR 9PM. I WAITED AND WAITED AND KEPT UPDATING THE TRACKER. ONCE IT WAS PAST 9PM, I CALLED THE STORE, WHICH APPARENTLY WAS SOMEONE NOT AT THE STORE, WHO TOLD ME MY PIZZA WOULD STILL TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 30-40 MINUTES. SHE SAID, 'DO YOU STILL WANT IT?" AND I SAID YES IT IS MY DINNER. THERE WAS NO OFFER OF A DISCOUNT OR COMP FOR THE EXCESSIVE DELAY. A FEW MINUTES LATER, I CALLED BACK TO TRY AND CANCEL BUT NO ANSWER. THE DELIVERY GUY DID NOT SHOW UP TO MY HOME WITH THE PIZZA UNTIL 10:19PM. 2 HOURS AND 34MINUTES AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER. I DID NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE NOTIFICATION FROM THIS STORE WITH THE EXCESSIVE DELAY. I ONLY LEARNED OF THE DELAY WHEN I CALLED AND THE PIZZA STILL ARRIVED AFTER THE ADDITIONAL TIME THE DISPATCH LADY QUOTED OVER THE PHONE AFTER THE 9PM PROMISE TIME. AS MUCH AS I DID NOT WANT THE ICE COLD AND BURNT PIZZA BOX, I PAID FOR IT (I WAS ALREADY IN BED AT THIS TIME) AND TIPPED THE DELIVERY DRIVER BECAUSE IT WASN'T HIS FAULT.

Called the local number for the 600 college rd location to see if the dining room was open to be seated. The operator said yes. We arrive at 20 mins later and the woman up front said sorry we're closed. Kids were upset so we took our business to Chick-fil-a. Please fix the local number since this is not the first time it's been a mix up

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I’m not sure what is going on at this location but the Regional, District and franchise owner need to either rethink how they do business or shut down shop completely. This is the 5th consecutive terrible experience we’ve had with this location in the last few months or so. Ordered pizza at 4:30pm for a delivery time of 5;45pm to my mothers house who was keeping my young children for the night. Pizza arrived over an hour and a half late…my kids go to bed at 7ish. Called the store and was transferred to some outsourced customer service rep…had to call 4 times because once they could not get ahold of the manager they would just hang up on me. I even explained the situation to one of the reps and they hung up on me. Tried the restaurant multiple times and never got them on the phone. My mother called multiple times and each time was told they would be there in 5 mins… after 45 mins they finally showed. Too late for my children to eat the pizza and ruin their night at grandmas. I asked to be refunded and was hung up on. Makes the decision to never eat here all that more easy. See ya Pizza Hut! You were low end pizza to begin with…
