This Review is for 2317 Battleground Avenue . I gave this location a one star but should have been given a zero. This location is definitely a great disappointment to the service of people. Managers blame the inappropriate behaviors on being Short staffing. Shirt staff or not, managers nor staff Should debate or argue with customers. In the Corporate world Remember your goal should be to please the customer. Recommendation to the District Manager/ Corporate office ; Diversity training , conflict resolution training . I had a really pleasant experience the other day at this kfc while I was doing deliveries :) they were reasonably understaffed, I’m sure due to Covid, and they were very busy but the manager remained patient and kind throughout the entire rush, even when customers were getting a little hungry haha. place was super clean and looked as good as newly renovated too! 5+ stars, I know everyone including the manager was being overworked and underpaid that day but everyone from the people working in front to the people working in back were doing great and made my experience one that made me certain to come back.

The only reason in leaving a 2 star. Review fornthe 2317 Battleground Avenue and not a 1 star review was because at least my popcorn chicken was made fresh (cold greasy fries)... The reason this location isn't getting a 5 star is they only had two types of dipping sauce and one of them was the KFC signature sauce (ive never had that before) and the cashier couldn't tell me what it was like... I asked if it was like a BBQ or honey mustard and all she could offer was ,"No, its a signature sauce"... If your employees done even know what kind of base your signature sauce is- that's pretty sad...

Poor service. Young lady who served us seem as if she was annoyed by us asking for extra napkins. It's always puzzles me that employees at these fast food restaurants get frustrated when customers come to the restaurant. You want a perfect day when no one comes to the restaurant and you sit and ride the clock all day for nothing? Also it seems like she was delighted in yelling me NO when I asked for plates and condiments. They gave us undercooked food. Doe from biscuits were still raw in the middle.

Since the renovation it is quite nice inside. I just wish they would keep it cleaner. Floor is always a little sticky and theres always a faint smell in the dining area. *** Updated 6/2/19 Originally rated this place 3 stars after the renovation but its down to a 1 star now. The smell & sticky floor still persists & today my mashed potatoes were half powdered. Meaning i took a big mouthful of mashed potatoe powder. I called to see if i could get refunded remotely since i was home & paid with a card but after 4 hang ups decided to drive back for my refund. The 1st time i called, someone answered with a plain "hello." I had to ask if I was speaking with the KFC on battleground "aww yeah this us" I always knew to check to make sure my chicken was fresh & hot but never knew i needed to stir up my potatoes before leaving to make sure they're done all the way. Never again.
