Grand China

This has been a clean,wonderful cooking restaurant! The food has always been tasty and good to the palate and nutritionally put together to your desire of menus! I've and family and friends have patronized since about 1996/7!( unless the chefs changed a bit and lacked the training you could always tell, even if you didn't know the cooks by name!) But I loved that Chinese,New York,DC flavor! They do well right here in Greensboro, NC! Thank You Grand China and all your families!

We have been searching for a "go-to" take-out Chinese place for 5 years now. Still haven't found the perfect fit. They did have a more appropriate level of spiciness appropriate to the dish than we have found other places. Out of 4 of us, 1 said they liked it as it was tender, 1 said it was tender but that was because the steam in the Styrofoam take-out container made it mushy, 1 said it was typical for sweet & sour chicken, 1 said eh. Spring rolls were liked, but egg roll taste was slightly different than normal. Not bad, just different. The location isn't the greatest. We probably won't go back as we have other restaurants closer we like just as well.

This has been my favorite Chinese place since I was 10. I love the shrimp fried rice it’s the best and the lo mein is also something delicious they offer！ the food is always great. Only thing they need to work on is the Customer service (reason for 4 stars) The employees in front desk be sometimes rude not the ladies mostly the men in the back who sometimes decide to help in front. Other then that it’s very much a great place to get food from.

This has been the WORST food experience EVER! I have NEVER in my life received the worst customer service for something i did NOT do. I made a lunch order and I assumed the order would be correct because I was very specific to what I wanted. once I reached my destination, my order was incorrect. I was already 30 minutes from the restaurant so it was impossible for me to go back. I informed Maricela that i was unhappy and wanted a understanding of the situation. A simple i apologize for the inconvenience would have been suffice. I was asked to text a picture of the meal to a weird number. I did everything that was asked and still got no where with the owner nor Maricela. Maricela laughed in my face and disregarded anything i had to say. Its sad how people have establishments and want your money regardless if they messed up or not. I'm DISGUSTED by the lack of compassion and customer service. If I was you ID NEVER order from here. I wouldn't give any stars if I had a choice.

Not great. I had the beef with broccoli with fried rice with chicken. The beef had good flavor just not much of it, the broccoli with mushy and the rice had shrimp in it, I am allergic to shrimp so ended up throwing most of the meal out since the rice was under the beef with broccoli and no fortune cookie, best part of lunch was the Pepsi, definitely will not be returning.

Very Rude!!!!! I called and asked for a price on 100 wings and was told “1.25 per wing…you do the calculations!” And hung up. I called back and asked for the manager and the same woman picked up the phone claiming to be a manager. I advised I was attempting to place an order and she hung up again. Not the first time dealing with them and if I could leave 0 stars I would.
