Starbucks

Very disappointed with our order. We had 2 Mocha Cookie Crumble frapps with 1 shot of espresso and 1 strawberry acai lemonade. All 3 drinks were poorly made and did not taste good. The frappes had little flavor, just tasted like blended ice with whip cream on top. The cups were sloppy and sticky and the barista just double cupped them to "fix" the sticky mess. The lemonade hardly had any strawberry inclusions or syrup. We drove out of our way for these drinks for our 2 hour drive home. None of the drinks were finished. $20 wasted.

Came to grab coffee Friday morning, it says they were open, when I got there I sat in the drive thru for about 5 minutes so I thought they weren't open so I drove through and came to find out there were people inside just standing and no one took my order. So I ended up going to the one on 10th st, and they offered much better service.

SLOW. Placed my order through the app and went through the drive-through. it took 1/2 hour, 30 minutes to get my order. When I got to the window I said to the girl I’ve been in this line a half an hour and she said that’s great and I said I’ve been in the line a half an hour Thanking that she hadn’t had not heard me correctly to which she said that’s great. Totally unacceptable behavior unacceptable everything I will never go to this Starbucks again.

I did have 3 stars on this place, had to drop to just one. Ordered drinks for the family on the app, went through the drive through, they didn't look at the order and we had to ask where the rest was when they handed us half the order. We drove away to only be assaulted with the nastiest tasting burnt Frappuccino's we have ever had. This stuff was like bottom of the pot sitting for hours burnt. We will never visit this location again. The service was horrid, the coffee was horrid, and it was a waste of money to even go there.
