Went in at 11, and the place was super understocked. The chip basket spanning the front of the counter had only a handful of chips, the line was missing essential stuff like ham, olives, pickles...
Having worked subway before, it honestly looked like night shift didn't restock or clean. The line was super messy and the crew members were refilling the change machine when we walked in.
The soda fountain was so sticky that some of the spouts stuck in the on position. We used to clean and sanitize these each night so this didn't happen! When's the last time these were cleaned!?
I used a coupon for a combo deal, and with chips set on the counter, the lady asked if we wanted chips.
Sandwiches took a bit to get out and ring up took time, but luckily we were the only ones in the store.
The trash can was overflowing at 11am.
This store is severely lacking.

It barely opened, and none of the veggies looked fresh. Nothing looked prepped at all. Not a lot of varieties on drinks were available, but the employee was friendly. Props to her and her good attitude, but unfortunately I didn't get anything from this subway.

I normally have great service from this store but today was less than stellar.I ordered dinner for the fam that included sammies for the boys and a salad for me.
Thankfully the sandwiches turned out fine, the same cannot be said about the salad.
With 4x the amount of chicken, less lettuce than a Big Mac, and all the sauce that comes with a night on Bourbon Street, it's safe to say it was more soup than salad.
Being one myself, I didn't escalate to speaking to the manager. I find in most cases, it's a waste of breath; which for this store, seems to be the case.
Instead, I'll provide a review to match my delivery experience, sloppy, overloaded, and leaving a sour taste in your mouth.

Edit: Do I want flies with that? No thank you-
Today's service wasn't great. At 6PM they were out of steak, and provolone cheese which means you were not prepared for the dinner rush. That is nothing compared to the disrespect and lack of customer service we received. One of the guys was apologetic and the other was rude that I was upset flies were crawling on the sandwiches as they made them. The fact you were not upset warns me not to eat here. With this type of disregard to the cleanliness of the food, how do we know you are temping the food, or rotating it every 4 hours? As a Regional Manager I would Never allow this. -

Customer service is dead. I truly feel bad for future generations. I totally sound like my dad, but for reals….
I attempted to go to this franchised corporate food establishment (no way it has earned the title of restaurant). 1st I hear a radio add offering a promotion. So I open the app I have to order from the corporate establishment. It then informs me that this particular spot doesn’t support using the app. No worries, I’ll just go in and order. Well, once I get in there I inform the woman (only employee working at the time) working behind the counter that I would like to order 2 sandwiches and take advance of their corporate promotion they’re running.
She immediately states that the promo is only for online ordering. I sort of look at her sideways and ask her how that’s possible since her store doesn’t support subways online ordering process. She states that this isn’t her problem and that the promo isn’t offered there. I ask her for her manager and then she literally snaps at me. literally giving me an attitude and says, and I quote, “dude, can’t you go to another subway”. I ask her why I should have to.
Well subway, my advice is to first read your reviews. Once you sift through the fake ones you and your staff post, you will see a very common theme. You dance to the beat of your own drum. You work in customer service and could give a damn about your customers. Your staff is more concerned about hitting the bong than doing anything. Hire better, train better, lead better. You seriously fail on every aspect of running a business. Well done!!

Not the best place! I asked for a 6 in sub and the worker overcooked the bread it literally came out BLACK. He proceeded to not take care of it he just stood there and stared at it. A total waste of $7 I don’t see why it has to be this pricy but o well.

The manager Christina.S shows no empathy or care for customers. Do not order online here unless you want to risk being forced to pay twice in order for them to let you take the food you already payed for.
Today Christina the manager didn’t try at all to help me solve my problem with my order being lost.
She went in to serve 4 others that where behind me.
I showed her the store charged me for my food still she took the food from my hands.
She didn’t care that my 3 and 9 year old where waiting for their food. If I had been broke I would have left with out my food and still being charged for food she took from my hands.
I ended up having to let Christina charge me twice so this restaurant and the manager Christina forced a single mom with two little kids to pay 53$ for three sandwiches bad customer care and cold food.
She said it’s fine the way she handled the situation so don’t go there unless you like your money stolen while your being dehumanized with your little kids.
