Silver Mine Subs

I thought I'd try it out again and disappointed. One, I pull up to seeing no gloves or masks by the employees. Two, I had to drive back because they forgot the Au Jus. The order is that simple, bread meat sauce, yet they still manage to mess up. I would go on, but honestly, dont waste your time. Many better places to get a good sub thats made right and let me add one more point, never order if you do the motherlode. Twice I have gotten food poisoning and later learned from a former employee they use the meat about to or has gone bad on that sandwich. Done with this place and the employees I hope never get a job again in the food industry.

Each time I order here, my food is made quickly and efficiently. The staff are always very friendly and professional! It certainly helps that I absolutely love their food. There hasn’t been a sandwich I’ve tried yet that I haven’t liked! Also let me tell you their chocolate chip cookies are the best I’ve ever tasted. This place is amazing!

I ordered my food at 915pm.. its still not here 1030pm. I called at 10 thinking maybe I missed the doorbell or maybe they got the wrong house.... she said its because you ordered online...... i called them and made the order. I told her that and she said its not ready.... I said ok thank you. And here we are still waiting an hr and 15 minutes later. I chose this location because I'm right down the street figured cool maybe 30 to 45 minutes. I felt nauseous from needing to eat and I thought this was perfect mild flavors and reasonable time..... i'm feeling so sick right now and I'm just getting more frustrated as time passes....

Order was an hour late and sandwiches were missing half of the toppings. They only had one driver, so I can't blame them. We were trying to be understandable with the driver but then they messed up the whole order. 2 of the sandwiches were right on, the rest ..... Not so much. Not impressed with this store
