Kalm Bistro

A gem of a restaurant- my new favorite in the area. Very quick and attentive service and delicious food! I love that they have a vegetarian/vegan section on their menu. And lovely boba tea ❤️ The restaurant itself is very cute and cozy. We got banh mi, pan fried ramen, and tofu pho. Can’t wait to try the rest of their menu!

New to the area and KALM has quickly become my go-to place for dinner. At this point I've tried several variations of the pho (the pho bac diet is, by far, my favorite) and the bahn mi - everything has surpassed my expectations and then some. If you get the pho to-go, you get the broth separate from the additions meaning you get to make your perfect sized bowl of pho.

Small Family run business. Their Pho is out of this world, honestly better than many larger higher end restaurants. The broth is clean, flavorful, and precisely made. The noodles are outstanding. They also have sushi, vegetarian options, banh mi, and a large range of other foods. I highly recommend this place for a high quality low key experience.

This is, without a doubt, the absolute BEST restaurant in the Tri-cities. Their pork spring rolls are a complex culinary delight of flavors. Paired with the peanut sauce? It'll knock your socks off! It is so good. And for your main dish, try the P1 pho. It is heaven in a bowl. If you are feeling down and sad, it will put a smile on your face. Spectacular food at a VERY reasonable price. It's a date night meal for $30. Five well-earned stars!

Ive been a regular at this restaurant for years...up until this past weekend. I have noticed when the new owners took over everything began to change. Cleaning and hygiene are very low on their list of priorities. Just glance at anything at the restaurant as you wait 30 min for your water or your food. They have also switched for cheaper ingredients on every occasion that I have returned. Keep in mind the switch was at the beginning of covid so I have continued to give them the benefit of doubt. Switching white rice instead of having Jasmine for a small example. Upping all the prices for less portions and quality. If you order the Bun you are guaranteed to be missing at the very least 1 or more ingredients. Now keep in mind i have came back numerous times thinking it would get better. Service is another huge fail. Long waits completely non verbal waitress who is unattentive and seems overwhelmed by any order small or large. This past weekend however I recieved food poisoning from the shaken beef as well as my son because he ate off my plate. I find it very sad that many new reviews havent had the chance of eating here in its prime...but I felt the need to share my story just in case any one notices something off about your food.
