Subway

Love this place. They have great customer service. They greet regulars by name and remember what they usually order. The owner(Mike) often works in the line as well, which is cool. Always friendly service. I would say the food is good. I have eaten at many subways and would say this location’s food is much better than other locations. Sometimes the veggies are “okay” but you are not gonna get sick or die if you eat them. At least I haven’t yet.

It looses one star for the over all staff attitude, while they may be quick, but when your trying to get them to take any kind of national Subway coupons. “They have to have codes, they have to have codes” I’m sorry but as your customer I feel like you need to take that up with Subway. Tell them to stop sending them out, I sat there as the timer counted down, and as it got to all zero’s he said “see you already used it” I was sitting there in front of him while it expired at that time on that date. (See picture) They loose another star, for willingness for substitutes, with when you ask for another piece of bread because the one they pulled looked a little over done, the tomatoes looked a little old, etc. I have had times I’ve gotten huffing and puffing, and there have times where they have told me they don’t have other bread or cookies when it’s obvious that there are alternatives, and I’ve been told flatly NO! Beyond all of that when you get your sandwich right, it is good, and the process is usually quick. Otherwise I would go all the way down to zero. I just can’t do that when they make good sandwiches. Sadly I am pretty sure the franchisee is the guy that is always there so this is the best way to address the situation.
