Yes I was very disappointed with this place. I prefer the crust from this particular company, and really look forward to eating their pizzas. However the gentleman told me we only reheat the pizzas. I was asking for a large pizza and a Stromboli. Like dude, I’ve been going to Grapevine Mills mall for over a decade+. I even got this pizza for my Birthday last year. I know I can order a large pizza there. He was just really rude, so I calmly just said I need to cancel my order. I just wanted your pizza dude.

5:15pm today July 3, I'm ordering a whole pizza cause is cheaper than by slice I have 3 kids, so the guy told me that they are not cooking more pizzas cause it's gonna take them 55min so I'm like ok I ll wait, so he goes back to an old lady and the lady comes to me saying that there about to close, so that's why they are not putting more pizzas on the oven, so we went to Taco Bell. I guess they just being lazy. I work on a restaurant and we tried to sell has much has we can and tried to get all customers happy but I guess this is not one of these restaurants.

They never have Stromboli. It was 4 hours until closing and they said they wouldn’t make any. So annoying I drove 30 min to get it (this is the hijabi crew that NEVER has all the products and is always super rude, the crew with the POC is always very accommodating and has everything on the menu available all days they work and at all hours. The POC crew even set aside my food for me since I was driving from so far so that it would still be a available when I arrived)

Pizza was burnt, cold & not good at all. This Sbarro missed the mark on every aspect of good pizza for me. I’m gonna file a complaint with the BBB. 😪

2 workers were there and one was nice but the other was really rude. Tried to tell us that chicken parm didn't come with pasta and you couldn't add pasta if you wanted it. having a bad day I guess? So my friend had to walk away because the worker wouldn't serve it. If you come here, know that you might not get to actually order food.

Worst Sbarro ever. I ordered pizza, they offered a salad for a dollar more. Then when I got to the checkout they required that I buy a drink which I didn't want to get the dollar more. Not once read it explained that I had to buy a combo. So basically to get the salad it was $4.00 more not $1.00 more.

Look at the food before you order. Sometimes it has been out a while or over/under cooked but they have enough variety there are options I like. Baked ziti and a few different types of pies are my personal options. Bread sticks/garlic bread with the ziti are better than most places.
