Wow. What a place. We went to Stacy's Furniture and planned on having lunch nearby. When we saw Armends Restaurant in the front of the store - we decided to try. I was not expecting such a pleasant experience. The food, the service, the prices, the selection, and the efficiency of getting our meals on the table were simply terrific. Sam the owner stopped by to check on us. Nice man. I had pasta with meat sauce and my wife had Fettuccine Alfredo. We both loved our choices. Location is a bit out of the way - but if you're needing good Italian food - trust me, this is your best bet. A pizza went to the next table and it looked like it will be my next opportunity when I come back - and I will be back. Thank you very much. God bless. YVF.

Attentive staff, fresh bread, the tomato basil soup is delicious! Highly recommend!! I've probably eaten there 15+ times this year and not one bad experience.

Very tasty! Chicken picatta was very good. Their Southlake location is always packed so this is a great way to eat their yummy foods without the crowds! Help support this gem - Located inside Stacy Furniture - so they stay open!

My great aunt's baked ziti is great.
Don't get the pizza. The crust is low quality. The sauce is bland. It could use a LOT more cheese and spices.

My family loves this place! Great food and friendly, professional service. My favorite is the Baked Ziti!! This is the second location. We eat here because there is rarely a wait to be seated.

Taking 55 minutes to get an okay pizza isn't what I say was good service. Our waiter was super nice, so that is why they get 1 star. Thanks man for the great lunch service 😁👍

Spent 3 weeks in the Grapevine area and it's a shame I didn't discover this place until my last night. Unbelievably unique spin on Italian classics, unbelievable portions for the price and you get family treatment like you would expect from a restaurant like this

What a treasure. Real deal pasta and pizza. Enhanced value by being a BYOB establishment. Great shopping in bldg as well. Furniture, appliances, flooring and more. You need to make this your destination.
