Dunkin'

Kid at drive thru window half listened to our orders, then told us they were out of 3 things we ordered, then asked us to repeat the entire order. Got to pick up window and the poor girl there was trying to fix his mistakes, he literally put in ONE part of our 5 person order correctly. Sat for almost 10 minutes waiting for them to straighten it all out, only to leave and realize my husbands order wasn’t even in the bag despite me repeating our order 6 times. My 12 year old when I left said “Did that guy even work there?”

Excellent employees here. Not only were the employees friendly but they made one of the best iced mocha lattes I've ever had. We also asked for a cup of water for our dogs and the young gentleman working was nice enough to even ask if we wanted ice in it for the pups. Overall I was impressed with how friendly and attentive the employees were at this dunkin donuts compared to other dunks I frequent.

I got my son a latte a little after 2p today. They forgot the whipped cream (no big deal) but also forgot the espresso shot. (Huge deal) I am glad it was only 2.16 for his mocha milk! Probably not coming back for awhile. I understand the minimum wage went up but didn’t realize that the service would go down.
