If I could give 0 stars I would, there is plenty of parking, customer service is a hit and the place is okay. I bought 2 meals and 2 kids meals and found flies on the food. Please check your food before you go out the door.

they literally will never update their hours online, or through their answering machine. theyre supposed to close at 9:30 and somehow never happen to stay open past 7 or 8 on some days. simply putting up a paper sign on the door saying you close early on certain days is not ENOUGH. their online ordering is literally ACTIVE and the store is closed when you show up??? like what???? do better panda express. how hard is it to do all of these things to make things convenient for your own customers??? this location is a waste of time. dont come here go to the downtown location theyre open until 10 even tho it says 9:30 online.

Panda Express Goleta used to have good flavorful food and friendly staff; sadly no more. My beef was ‘peeking’ out from excessive batter, my kung pao had no ‘pow’ (bland) and micro chicken pieces. Really felt like I was being hustled with even higher prices. Never again.

I usually come here to pick up my lunch. I don't have issues with the food, it's always good. Lately they don't have a way to order online. It seems like it's always off. A day or so I could understand, but it's been 2 weeks where every time I try to order ahead I simply can't. That needs to get fixed. I'd like to know if they have what I want before heading to the restaurant. I've gone a couple of times and when I get there they don't have what I want. I tried calling, but I get their answering machine.

Our company has ordered GrubHub from here a few times. Each time, quality has degraded. They send the bottom of the barrel, worst pieces of meat possible. The chicken was as hard as a rock. PLEASE do not spend your money here. This place needs to get shut down.

Have to wait around 25 minutes for them to serve me and charge me and there was a lot people waiting. It seems like they want to save up money to their boss; probably by doing so, will end up being the owner (s) of this place, anyways, know your portions because what you are doing is rob. I know that many customers had complained that what you served to them seemed a joke.

Just purchased a bowl of chow main and mushroom chicken to go. Removed the lid to discover I received 2 1/2 pieces of chicken. The smallest piece is the size of a nickle.
I watched the server put some back as though she had over served me! So either she is stingy by nature, or corporate has gone off the deep end.
This location is really erratic that way. Tight little portions more often than not though. She couldn't even fill the bowl with chow main. Noodles and cabbage folks, not expensive!
We'll see what they say tomorrow. 😳🙄
