Excellent service and food quality despite the evening staff being overworked. I love coming here before seeing a movie, but please get your people some help on weeknights to preserve your company's reputed excellent service. Otherwise, your frontline employee Jen is phenomenal at holding down the fort!

Understaffed location but still solid. The service was fast with the coupons working fine. The burgers and fries I had was edible, but the sprite was off the mark. Tasted more vanilla, likely an error with the syrup.

Probably the most honest and respectful A&W restaurant in Ottawa. The lady who served me is a mature woman but very kind and great at serving customers!!!!!

I went on their busiest day of the year, the MS fund day. I waited for almost 40 mins for my teen burger, knowing how crazy busy the employees were they still served with a smile. Such a great cause thank you A&W employees.

One of the best fast food burger chains. Good coupon deals. I wouldn't say I can taste that "the chickens are raised without the use of antibiotics" like they advertise but the quality and taste is definitely better than other chains like Wendy's and McDonalds.

Best experience with an A&W location. Great service, clean store/washrooms and food is well prepared. If I want A&W I will be making my way here from now on

Not bad from a franchise. This was the first time for me because I had to make a quick stop in Ottawa area for a quick bite in the morning. Almost the same style of food from a family owned restaurant.
I am impressed because I am not an A&W fan for fast foods. The $ price value vs quality were good or acceptable. It would be a 5 star if the sausage were a tad bigger. This experience has changed my mind.
