Zizzi Gloucester Quays

Has always been a favourite of my family spend alot of money here. But in the last few months been turned away 5 times mid week afternoons despite an empty restaurant bar a few tables...due to short staff issues apparently. Missed out on several offers on my app due to this.almost giving up on the place popped in yesterday Monday lunch time for a lovely birthday meal(which didn't go to plan) but the food was just as delicious as always and the staff are friendly and very good at there job. I think they may have picked up on my situation and offered complimentary drinks to lift the mood and put a smile on a upset birthday girl. Deffiently recommend lovely bunch of lads.

Never been here before but I'm glad we did. It's colourful and vibrant while still giving off an old Italian kitchen vibe. Food was lovely, pizza was massive! My cocktail was delicious but I could only have one as I was driving (sad times). Our server Kyle was professional and polite. Well definitely go back. If you don't like it too busy go between 4-6 on a weekday.

Looking for food on gloucester quays last night and we decided to try here Well have to say from minute walked in it was nice, The staff are lovely and friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Quite nice and relaxed and the food was amazing weren't made to rush, We going to be definitely going back again and would definitely recommend.. The walk over the quays to here is nice whichever way you go can take in the air and see all the boats.. Went here again 14/10/22 had again a lovely welcome, meals were nice and hot, one person on our table had a pizza which when came was really thin burnt and hardly any topping the manager was really good and apologised and didn't charge for it, the rest of the evening was lovely and nice friendly staff and nice atmosphere.. Booked to go here for partners birthday on 11/01/2023 and again have to say food was lovely and was hot, service was brilliant.. Have few new things on the menu which sounds nice.. Definitely be going again.. Another lovely meal had here went in on 08/03/2023 and for a Wednesday was really busy.. Again the service was brilliant. Food lovely and hot lovely.. Went here again last night 01/06/2023 and again lovely friendly welcoming. Service was brilliant and the food was still lovely and hot can't fault this place and their consistency..

Went on a lovely date with my partner here this evening. Although it was busy, Jay, our server saw to us very quickly despite serving many tables at once. The food was delicious, though I was expecting the servings to be smaller so we ordered a little more than we could handle, but it was all well worth the money for sure! The Salmon in my Hot-Smoked Salmon Carbonara was so flavourful, the best Salmon I’ve had in a long time! The atmosphere was bright and the staff all very understanding and friendly, the bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely return again, but probably order less!

We were seated quite quickly, we git to choose where to sit, wasn't too busy, friendly vibe. Staff were all happy and approachable. We got served quite quickly, food arrived in good time. My ravioli was beautiful and it was a big portion. My son had pizza which he really enjoyed. Very good portion sizes. One downfall sweet potatoes were a little undercooked.
