Dunkin'

In the line the man in front of me was offered to be taken care of when the big woman behind the counter opened up another register. Apparently though he was with the lady already being taken care of on the 1st cashier and he told the big woman. After was awkward silence as i was waiting to be called up to be serviced by big woman since she had opened up. Nothing. Good thing the guy pointed out to the big woman there is someone next...uh, there is a line with 2 more people behind me. So i smile and the big woman says nothing and hand gestures this is the counter... duh. So ok, its too early for stupid things. But after my order, everything goes ok until i get my order. I asked for hash browns as an addition to my order....and looked inside. Do you count the little round things? there we like 5pcs inside. The container looked soo loose inside maybe you should make smaller baggies...

Not sure what happened at this location. It used to be great but recently service is suffering. Extremely slow service recently on the morning shift between 9-10:30am. New woman working the counter that could use some more training for accuracy and keeping the line moving.... Other staff at this location are great!

Employees are very polite and skilled, however this store is neglected by corporate and receives very little resources such as coffee creamer, coffee cup carriers, crescents, bacon, sugar, milk of any variety, and flavoring. I believe that this could be a great location if they got more deliveries more often because they are somehow always out of something.
