Kfc

Well they almost received a 5 star and a 3 star. I did a KFC run for my friends about thirty minutes away so the order was over $85. Well they failed to include so many items we couldn't believe our hungry eyes. Very frustrated with one of my friends stating this always happens here ... I call the KFC and spoke with Roy. Fortunately he remembered me and the order. I apologize profusely and absolutely made it right. The problem of course is that evening. Some people didn't get what they ordered. However, next week I'm sure we will get exactly as we order and Roy will ensure everything is perfect.

There is very good service at this location, I come in every few days for lunch. This KFC is also part Taco Bell. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. I got my order right. I got my food very quickly. The restaurant was clean and well lit. I dined inside this time. I recommend eating here or ordering out in the drive thru.

I was on the west side running some errands and stopped in here yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised at how genuinely friendly the staff was! Especially the young man who took my order! Great place and great good! This place was by far the friendliest restaurant I ever visited! Thanks a million, keep it up. Your people are the greatest.

I just got back home from getting a quick dinner after a long days of work. I went through the drive thru, paid for my meal and waited for about a minute before the manager came to the window. The told me there would be a wait on my food due to a busy night with training employees and running a little behind. He told me multiple times how sorry he was, offered something for free, or a free drink. I told him I understood, I use to work in the fast food business industry and at a time like that, I would hope the customer would be understanding. So I waited. He personally came out with a big bag full of food, one bag containing a fresh hot meal that I paid for, and another bag full of fresh hot food, I didnt order. He told me he really appreciated me waiting and that I was getting the motherload tonight, and boy was he being serious. Ive been to this location multiple times, and I am never disappointed. The young male manager is a delight to converse with and I wish I got his name to praise him even more. He made my day, week, and year with his kind gesture.
