After a horrible experience at The Central Hotel, we sulked up the road to Reef and our expectations were exceeded. The staff greeted us with big smiles, the gaming manager was lovely and we had a lovely date. Thank you very much!

Today I ordered a buttered barramundi, after 30m waiting they brought this two very small pieces of over cooked and overly oiled fish. Better quality is served in any takeaway fish & chips shop. Very disappointing to be served that guy for $29. On the other hand the hotel is good to very ,just do not eat in the restaurant.

Dropped in on a hot day and the aircon was working well, which helped. Beer was cold, service friendly and chicken Parma was a decent size. Great place to cool off and views from deck are nice if not that thrilling. Would go back for sure.

We ordered entrees and mains. Our entrees were OK. The arancini was great, the chicken wings need work. The crumbing had fallen off and were whole. Which makes eating them extremely difficult, especially in a restaurant. The mains were delivered before we had finished our entrees and the staff were very rude when we asked if we could please have 5 minute break before we had another setting of food. The response was "we just want to send the last orders now" the bistro is still open and cooking for another 20 minutes. Our food is dying under the heat lamps and we can see it not good enough. 😐

Been there a few nights, nice atmosphere, friendly staff food was pretty good although snitzels were a bit overcooked and dry. Overall quite good

Great hotel in Central Gladstone. Middle of everything. Walking distance to restaurants etc. But you don't need to go anywhere as it has a pub with pokies and a restaurant with delicious menu items. $12 cocktails for the win. The hotel includes a roof top pool and a gym. Rooms are spacious.

Great food and cocktails. Everyone in our group was very happy. The young guy serving us was really lovely too.

Would be nice if you delivered on the wifi. I was in level 1 room and couldn’t get any wifi at all. I went to reception twice and all I got was “ must be a problem with the internet supplier”. And yes if your up that end of the building you hardly get a signal. If your near reception you get a better signal. No one seem to care. No wifi for 2 nights and days. Barely a signal on my mobile. Not happy at all. Couldn’t do squat and no one seemed to care just shrugged their shoulders at the problem.
