Edit of my previous review. This location has made a complete turnaround! I’m not sure if it’s new management, but the atmosphere is much lighter, and the customer service is outstanding!

Half the time I order a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles we don't get it. Ordered a breakfast croissant and it was still frozen in the middle. And when the line is extremely long you just wanna run in to get a single donut for your kid but can't because the lobby is always closed. Why?

Employees were friendly and the coffee was made deliciously! Updated review on 2/23/21 big props to Jordan and Ally for outstanding customer service. Jordan paid much attention to my order and made my coffee perfectly! Ally made some good suggestions as far as subs for my drink so thank you both very much!

I love this location! They are always friendly, courteous and quick! I'm kind of boring and order the same drink each time ( large iced coffee with cream and sugar) but I'm addicted and you can't beat their prices! ☕💗🙌

Not only does this location know my jeep but they know my face as well. I order two coffees Monday through Friday and one on Saturday and they always double check to make sure it’s only one that day. I have been coming here since it opened and while not all the new employees are the best at making coffee there are still some of them who can make a perfect cup. If anything maybe some of the new workers should take a little extra care to perfect their coffee but even when I lived in San tan valley I would go out of my way to come to this location.
The only problem with this location is it isn’t very consistent like I said before some of them are better at making coffees than others and some of the ladies are a tad bit mean. But I think today was the worst with my coffees (always the same) not even looking close to each other. And even the lady giving them to me noticed and the person who made them said they were the same. But they weren’t. Just a bit disappointing. But this will always be my main location.

Dunkin doughnuts was fantastic today! They have remodeled inside and it looks so cool! They have outlets with us everywhere and free WiFi. The frosted glass divider looks great.We got some really great drinks today. The T-Mobile free latte with caramel was delicious! The service was fast and the recommendations we're wonderful. definitely my new favorite place

Dunkin' Donuts is what it is, but they have the nicest staff at this location so I had to give a review. My son loves to eat there, they have a cute kid friendly, small seating area. I only eat the veggie egg white omelet, which I'm sure is way too many calories, but delicious. Need to find out the man's name that always helps us, super nice.

This morning, my family has had some major issues. Candice the manager bought me a breakfast sandwich to help. It was so sweet to see someone care enough about their customers. She was empowered to be kind to me. I'm a Dunkin Donuts customer for life. Go there. Support them please.
