Was trying to order subs because the buy 2 subs get them for 5each was informed by guy that answered phone that all of Cincinnati is not participating in that promo in broken english what a bunch of lies bethel is and i called 5 other cincy stores they are too only georgetown not i say everybody should boycott that store

It was awful. The owner was only 2 inches away from sandwich guy the entire time. He was so nervous and shaky. Not to mention when my husband tried to redeem a coupon for a buy 1 get 1 coupon, the owner felt that's not right. She didn't honor it. BEWARE of her and this all took place at lunch time. The vibe inside is not exactly what you call inviting. The fountain drinks were not set correctly either. Get it to go if you have to go here cuz its not really clean more sticky than anything. I use to go there before new management took over but I'd say it's so so so so much worse including her atitude and death stares.

Due to a mistake on a website order, my order went to the Georgetown location instead of Mt. Orab. When I called the owner was rude and not willing to refund my money paid online. Although, the Mt. Orab location told me that has happened to them before and they just credit the person's money back. It would have only cost them $6.29, but, now it will cost them a whole lot more as I will never order from there again.
