This person that claims to be the manager, should not be allow to work with the public. She is extremely rude, with no manners and very disrespectful. She called me a liar because I told her that instead of 10 pieces of chicken I only received 7 in my family bucket order. I will not drive 2 miles back to lie about my order to be correct but no person that works in the food and hospitality industry should treat someone the way she treated me. I asked for a refund and I will never be back to this KFC location. I really hope someone in the corporation will read this message and take action against this "manager"...because this woman misrepresent the values of KFC and the service of any food chain

Every staff member there is amazing and it's a great place to eat....EXCEPT CLAY. As you can see per receipt I got the same meal 2 days in a row and this jaded old man over charged me by 2$ for sauce that comes with the meal. One meal I didn't even get a drink and fries just the tenders and that was the more expensive one. When I inquired he said no that's right which I knew it wasn't. If you want a good experience and an older man is working the window ask for someone else a d you'll be great.

Was in town for business and wanted some chicken. Building looked closed when I pulled up. I walked in and was greeted, staff here was professional and nice. The building on the inside was extremely run down and nasty. Rust on the ceiling and dirty wall paper surrounds the inside. I didn't dare go to the bathroom I left that up to someone else.

What's not to love about some hot, juicy, original recipe KFC chicken? They got our order out fast, correct and with lots of extra condiments. With all the other fast food options available these days I don't stop here very often. But I got some great coupons in the mail recently and decided it was time to visit the Colonel again.

This lady needs some training I was missing some items in my order and came back she took the receipt and never gave it back she then said I would have to buy the missing items since I left the location and she doesn’t know if I’m lying! She gives attitude and talks back ! Maybe I’m missing my items because she’s eating them she’s a B. I. G. F. A. T. girl and I see a lot of people missing

Did not get all of my items I ordered. The reason I got to get any of my food was because I got out of my vehicle after being told to wait by the door after paying for it in the Drive-Thru window and going inside to a door that They thought was locked because they shut all the lights off and I don't believe they were going to give me my food.. on top of that I was missing items from the order.. I recommend you shut down or get new staff..
