Just stopped there, trying to get dinner, was told they had no power????? Why was the open sign nice and bright saying they was open.....

Went inside I was the only one in there, a girl making 2 subs another working with the bread, not once did they look my direction to speak, not even a welcome to subway we'll be right with you, nothing. I waited a good 4, 5 minutes before I walked out and went next door to KFC , I understand they were busy but at least acknowledge I was there. This is not the first time the girls have been rude but it will be the last, with me anyway. I only gave one star because I couldn't post a review otherwise.

Went tonight. Young girl questioned me not having mask on when entering empty store with a mask requested, not required sign on door. Hand made signs posted on front of glass counter including but not limited to: "no green peppers", "toaster broken" and I'm reasonably sure no guacamole as i have never once been able to get here. Left and went to the one by the expressway.

The young lady that took care of us was awesome. She understands customer service. My wife has a gluten intolerance and she was very understanding and helpful in getting my wife what she wanted

One of the worst subway experiences yet.
Service was rude.
Came to get a featured steak and cheese melt. Didn't have the proper items to be able to make a feature item. Were out of black olives so was nothing like what I wanted.

Something has happened to this place over the years. Used to be great. Now it's staffed by surely young gals who have no idea how to treat a customer. The glass over the food was filthy and construction of my sandwich was haphazard and skimpy. Didn't even get a thank you. I'm done with this store.
