Whoever manages this station needs to actually do their job! People who purchase cigarettes tend to use the same place (location) all the time and kind of hard to do that when a place is always OUT OF CIGARETTES. This Pride has now made me a BP customer with getting my gas & cigarettes at their location! Big money loss!

I been coming to this gas station for years. However think this will be my last time. In the last month it has really went down hill. Been waiting for over 10weeks for my cigarettes to. Be restocked. Every worker keeps saying they ordered them but never do. MARLBORO BLUE MENTAL 100S.Some one please help :( Also i have seen more then a dozen new workers come and go. Hmmmm? Looks like management has really went south.

What's the point in cleaning your store if your employees won't wear masks. Nothing screams safe and clean like watching employees clean a pop machine without a mask while coughing.
Pride in st Charles is much safer. Geneva pride has been like this all pandemic.

Not very friendly employees can be quite rude night shift lady is horrible. This place has really gone downhill will not be going back.They need to spend more time on there cleaning seems dirty.

This used to be my absolute favorite gas station. But, I went in today and both employees and two customers weren’t wearing masks. I’m appalled at not only the lack of public health awareness, but the workers blatantly doing something that is illegal in the state of Illinois. Will never be going back.

Cannot say enough for the kindness of Shannon and Erin, on the staff. When my daughter was low on gas, she pulled in, and realized she had left her wallet at home - 50 miles away. She called me, and I told her I would send a photo of my credit card, and maybe the staff could enter the numbers by hand. Unfortunately, their system doesn't permit that, but Shannon and Erin gave Miranda cash from their own pockets, enough to get her home. There are angels among us! Thank you so much!

Free air and free vacuum. Has a Pepsi Spire machine for custom soda mixes. Prices inside are a little higher than average gas station, but inside is very nice. Also has breakfast. The Iced Samoan Coffee is a really good treat.

Not a single mask on any employee or distributer bringing in stuff. This has been going on all pandemic. Apparently everyone that works and visits here has a medical condition that makes it so they can't wear masks. Sounds like this place needs a fire and rehire
