Little Caesars

Pizza was hot and ready, taste was spot on. My complaint is how they cut the pizza. In what world is pizza cut like a grid? This is not the standard that Little Caesars has set, and it should be up to the individual to cut the pizza differently, or at least request it at the counter. Pizza slices are always triangles! Even a rocket scientist knows this!

They were completely rude. I walked in and they completely ignored me. So I walked out and placed my order online. They still took almost a half hour to get me 1 pizza and 1 order of bread. I get my food home to see that they Party Cut my Pizza. That is not the standard cut on a little caesars pizza. I would know as I used to be a Store Manager of a Little Caesars. I can say I will not ever be returning to this store ever.

There is a Giant Neon Green Sign in the Lobby. It reads: NO waiting in the Lobby. Limit 2 people at a time. MASK required. After ordering please wait outside. But, when I pulled up to get some pizza, SIX people were in the Lobby, THREE of them had NO Mask. There was a time when there was only 2 customers waiting, so I went in, because I had already been waiting for SIX people to leave before I went in. A different worker comes to the register to help me, and he tells the 2 customers to wait outside. That sign is there for a reason. Either Enforce the rules for ALL customers or take the dam thing down.

When this particular Little Caesars was on 13th & Broadway customer service was much better. The pizza was tastier too. Now it's rush thrown together and dry. And I'm talking pre-covid here. The pickup orders are never ready. The cashier (short black girl) was even friendlier at the old location. Today, she didn't even say may I help you, she just gave me fierce eye contact. When my order was ready I had my head down typing this review. I happened to look up to see her holding my pizza out "at me" from behind the counter. I was standing at the window. I guess, "excuse me miss" was too much like politeness in a workplace.

There phone was busy for over an hour. Which lead me to believe they took the phone off the hook. When I asked the cashier why the phone was busy, she rolled her eyes and didn't say anything. While I was in line I called to see if it was busy and of course it was!! Smh!! I will report this to their corporate office!! So unprofessional only in Gary will they do this to their people!! Horrible
