Subway

Stood there for a few minutes while the employee watched videos on her phone. Finally got to order and when we went to pay, she didn’t know how to do our (timed) coupons. It timed out while she was repeatedly telling me she had never seen that coupon before (though it came straight from the subway website). Even though she saw that it was active and then expired while we were waiting on her, she wouldn’t honor it. No manager on duty and she couldn’t (or wouldn’t) tell me anybody to call for complaints. Maybe this place would get some more business if the employees had better customer service.

We have been at this location in the evenings only , therefore I can only speak about the evening crew. You won’t get your choice of sandwich or get it the way you like it if they run out of vegetables or meat in the “counter”; it’s pretty much what they tell you . I been to other Subways and this is the only location that seem to “run out “of items . Also, I guess it’s ok with the owner /manager to close early if they are not getting busy. One more thing ... very, super slow service :( .
