Super Egg Roll

Food tasted okay but wasn't made well, and the service was subpar. We placed 2 separate orders food over the phone and were told it would be a 20-minute wait. I showed up 25 minutes after I called and had to wait another 15 minutes even though there was no one else there. When they took payment, they combined the bill and didn't give change for the order paying cash. When we got home (a 4-minute drive), we started eating. The sushi rolls were falling apart, and we had to cut most of them again as the seaweed was soggy and not cut all the way.

Good food, didn't have to wait so long, good prices. Albeit in general I really expected the whole experience to be wack, I was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong. The Outside- Sort of sketchy, empty, and pretty lonely. Parking is pretty trippy but alas there is a parking lot. 2\5 The Inside- Simple and to the point. Almost as if not wanting to distract you from the actual reason you got down which is to eat. Well distributed seating and standard seats. 2/5 The Food- The Shrimp Fried Rice Good stuff, flavorful, decent amount of shrimp. The Shrimp was cooked properly and not rubbery. 5/5 The General Tso Chicken- Hot and spicy, fresh chicken, cooked on the spot and deliciously done. My only complaint is the broccoli to chicken ratio was like 1-15. Could of used more broccoli but nonetheless good stuff. 4/5 Fried Shrimp (18 pcs.)- Good, standard, flavor. Fried properly, not too fried and not too underdone. The price to proportion size is nice. Came with tartar sauce and that was a plus. 5/5 Steamed Rice- Pretty sad stuff. Could be better. Came with the General Tso Chicken. 2\5 Overall 8/10 if looking to satisfy that Chinese food urge immediately.

I ordered vegetable fried rice, absolutely no flavor at all the lady at the counterade it seem like since there is no meat in it that is why it has no flavor I guess she doesn't understand that even meat only has flavor because of the vegetables (onion powder, garlic seasoning, cayenne pepper) vegetable are what give everything flavor. I also ordered spring rolls and there was something inside that was not a vegetable she acted as If I was lying about meat being on the inside but I brought it to her and she couldn't tell me what it was although it looked a lot like chicken. If I bring you all of your food back in tacked and what was inside my spring roll I should be able to get a refund she went on to say how she worked there 3 months and never a complaint. Well that doesn't explain why there was meat in my food and it didn't taste like anything. I won't be back. I payed 9$ and she refunded me 4 dollars and I returned all the food. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend

This was my first time ordering at this restaurant. I ordered online and had to pickup because of no delivery. I went anyway. I was told to be there at a certain time. I got there, no food. Had to wait another 30 minutes for my order. There were 2 people in the drive through and they arrived after me. Got home and the food had hardly any taste. The combo fried rice barely had any meat. The jalapeno chicken smelled like it but didn't taste like it Never again

The restaurant has decent food it’s actually pretty good. But the service is terrible the staff act is if they are doing you a favor by selling you the food you are paying for. I’ve went into any restaurant where the people are so rude short and unfriendly.. the attitude and atmosphere alone makes you regret the visit and I’ve visited there times thinking maybe they are having a off day or maybe I’m being dramatic no I’m a very kind and happy person trust me it is then I will never give them another penny of my money.. Although the food is always fresh hot and tasty it’s a lot of good Chinese restaurant with the same price range with excellent customer service I’ll take me money where Its appreciated… even if it’s not genuine they genuinely at this restaurant make you feel unappreciated as hell.. like we doing you a favor being open to serve you.. no you are not it’s my money and other like me that make it possible to remain open ….that
