My friends are always invite me to drink coffee at Starbucks because they know that is always fresh. The guy working at this location should be working at another location bigger. He's customer service goes beyond what your typical guy does at other Starbucks. He's more friendly, many have lost that friendliness at other locations. I wish more people like him work at other Starbucks. You would think that as much as they charge for coffe, would have the same attitude.

I have a lot of issues every time I come here, for the past 6 months my order was made wrong something so simple that others stores do to perfection, isn't being done as I asked ... sadly this is the only Starbucks in walking distance to me it makes me so upset 😭

Starbucks is inside the tomthumb. The web site say open. But they close. Not good in social media. No help. Drove 14 mile to get coffee. Store close

Decided to give this Starbucks another try. It has been several months since I got several really bad drinks and I thought maybe they had figured out how to make a cold brew. I waited 30 minutes and my drink is AWFUL!! It is a very bitter Pumpkin Cream Cold brew. They didn’t put the pumpkin cream cold brew down on it, I don’t think I should have to ask for that if I order a pumpkin cream cold brew!! Guess I will have to keep making my cold brew at home!!

The staff is great. However always understaffed and I feel for them. I just say it's really poorly managed on a staffing level. I don't even attempt to get coffee here anymore. If you do it's like a 20 to 30 minute wait. Not the staffs fault at all. Usually just one person. Really disappointing. You'd have an almost daily patron but I don't even try anymore.
