This is about my fourth time dining at this location and they have not disappointed me yet. Their sandwiches are fresh and delicious, and the dining room has character that a lot of other places lack. Just as important, the staff is always courteous and helpful. I will absolutely be returning here in the future. P.S. the cookies are great!

Let me just say to the person at Potbelly’s that made my steakhouse Beef sandwich….chefs kiss! That was the absolute best sandwich ever. Everything was evenly proportioned and absolutely delish. The Apple walnut salad didn’t disappoint either! Great job!

Honestly I was not impressed. It was my first visit to this place. When I picked up my order I’m glad I checked my food in the car… bc the bacon I paid for was bot on the sandwich. The sandwich also had little to no meat. When I told the guy at the counter he said he’ll run a piece through the oven for me. No apology. Nothing. Then to top it off at the soup counter station I saw small bugs or gnats flying around. Definitely not coming back.

Food is usually good, but last experience was lacking. Went to pick up online order but they closed early due to staffing issues. Never notified me before I drove out there. Manager called me next day to apologize and inform me that they'll refund and reorder for free. The reorder was free but they never refunded, so I basically paid to get my order the next day.

This location is going downhill. All on the same trip got wheat instead of white, horrible customer service, and the team was more worried about online orders. The sandwich sucked

My favorite sandwich shop. Sandwiches are made and toasted right in front of you. Great selection of fountain and bottled drinks. The shakes and malts are delicious. Wish they would bring back Stewart's Key Lime soda but I won't leave because of that. Stop by and try it, Potbelly is a wonderful experience.
