I admit it has been a while since I've been to a KFC, and I am pleasantly surprised to find the quality of fare at KFC has improved. My memory from the past was stale and overdone, much like the cooking back then, but on my most recent visit, I discovered the meal freshly fried, crispy but not hard, toothsome and juicy!
I'd hate to admit it, but I rather enjoyed the food experience. Also, the dining area was as clean as Col. Sanders would have demanded. Did you know that Mr. Harland Sanders was nearly Senator Sanders?
The only thing holding this review back from more stars was the wait, and the price. If the price was worth the wait, then it wouldn't matter.

Tried a couple of the chicken sandwich's about 3 months. First bite, a long hair cooked into the chicken.... Not mine. Threw that one out. The other one, well.... Do they ever change their cooking oil..? Terrible.

We came here 5 minutes before closing but the staff was amazingly kind! They did not turn us away and even gave us 10% discount because the tenders we ordered needed a few minutes to be ready! When we finally got our order, they gave us free cookies and made sure everything was all good! Great service!!!! 😊

Haven't been to KFC for over a year, purchased the 8pc bucket, brought it home. The crispy wasn't ready, so bought the regular. The chicken was so greasy that it actually dripped from the chicken. Not sure if it was cooked all the way too. Threw all of it away. Two stars because the gal at the drive thru window very nice. What a waste of money.

Always seems to take a long time. They always seem to be out if chicken. Seems they need to adjust their cooking just a bit. Being the only one waiting 20 minutes for chicken to cook us getting old. Otherwise, foid is good. You got to watch them, they tend to forget your drinks or biscuits.

The nicest most polite young man named Mekai waited on us. Its been so long since we had such service anywhere. He needs to be a manager if he's not already. Actually he needs to be teaching others the art of customer service. Please let him know his worth.

Really, took my order via Uber eats, charged my credit card, promised me delivery for an hour and a half. Then basically said “screw you“ we can’t deliver nothing. Should I call the police and make a robbery report?
