Pizza Hut

Pizza was tasty but it was suppose to be delivered at 6:10 p.m. It arrived at 7:20 p.m. they forgot several sauces and parmesan cheese which we paid for. No forks for the cinnamon rolls. Ended up paying about $5 for a service charge and $5 delivery fee on top of taxes and tip. Update: The manger refunded us our money. I am boosting it to 4 stars from 2 because of a speedy response and satisfactory resolution.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered 4 pizzas & told 30-40 minutes. About an hour later we still didn't have our pizzas & called again. We were told another 10-20 minutes. After 2 hours total we called again & were told 10-20 minutes AGAIN. We told them to cancel the order, make 4 pizzas again & we would just pick them up, we were told they were out if dough. So we tried to cancel & there was an issue with the credit card so we had to go there to cancel, we drove to pizza hut 3 minutes away to cancel our order. While we were canceling another customer walked in & they asked how they can help them while they were still dealing with us. WAIT! We were just told you are out of dough, how can you help them!? We canceled our nearly $100 order & called Shakeys across the street. Cheaper pizza for less money & tastes better!!!! Very disappointed in Pizza Hut & will NEVER order from them again. I could continue but what's the point!?

I am completely unsatisfied with my last order. First of all, your company charges a $5 fee for even ordering your food. Then I go to pick up my $80 order and I ask for parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers and am told they are an additional $1 charge each. Completely ridiculous. You are nickel and diming people to death. I will never go back to Pizza Hut. So many more options around. Paying extra for nothing is a big turn off.
