I had the pleasure trying out Soyokaze and it was hands down the best sushi experience I've had in Orange County! The quality and freshness of the fish was outstanding, and the attention to detail in the presentation was impressive. I got takeout sushi so I didn't get to experience it perfectly fresh in the restaurant but I did get to eat it within a few hours and wow, let me tell you.. that salmon tasted FRESH AF, and their rice is bomb all on its own! Nice and flavorful. 10/10, eat here. Also, the waitress who gave me my order was really nice with a smile on her face so that was pleasant.

Pretty empty. Parking is in back. Restroom is in back parking lot. Upon greeting we took wrist temp. Notice the next couple didn't and she still allowed them in. So why have the machine if your not consistent? Rice was really not sticky with the sushi therefore it crumbled fast. The cuts were uneven some were large vs small. The meat seemed fresh no issues. The variety is a spin of tradition with their own twist. Vs others are as you order everywhere. We will return they also have lunch specials and dinner combos. Friendly service. Small quaint.

My friend told me that this is the best sushi place he's ever had, so I definitely wanted to try it. We got some takeout from it recently and it did not disappoint on taste. It is very delicious. I'm only giving it a 4-star for now because I've only tried it once via take-out so far so I don't think that is enough visits to give a full review, but am excited to go back many more times and try the rest of the menu and potentially give it 5 stars if it lives up to the hype. We tried the Cajun Salmon Roll, which I've never seen at a sushi place before, and it is so good! It's perfect if you like spicy food because it has jalapeno and sriracha on it. Spicy is my jam so I was all about it. I'm very excited to go back several more times and try other rolls soon!

One of my favorite go to spots in garden grove! I'm glad they finally allow dine in again, even though they're currently not all you can eat, it still tastes amazing! This time you're able to bring the food home! I believe they also increase the fish to rice ratio since it's a la carte now. Come by early because the parking spot is small, so make sure you carpool!

I’ve been going to this sushi restaurant for a long time and even though it used to be better. It’s still my favorite All-you-can-eat Sushi place. Their hand rolls are delicious and the sushi rolls are very tasty and well done. I recommend you try the Chef special every time you go and the Oysters if they are in season you won’t regret it. Itadakimasu!

Had a hankering for AYCE sushi and this spot was nearby. Parking was good because we came on a Saturday evening and the overflow parking lot at the neighboring place was available. The variety of different rolls is definitely here! Love the cajun sushi, it had this gorgeous smokiness that was delicious. The superman burrito and green dragon were well made, flavorful and just different enough. The citrus roll was lemony and bright. All in all a positive experience with attentive waiters, good seating and very good sushi.

One of the best AYCE places I've ever tried. They are super generous on the fish part and the rice part is tasty and not too much. Servers are so nice and helpful for suggesting which option is best for us. Romantic and cozy place. They have indoor and outdoor options. Plenty of parking on both sides of the restaurant. Price is quite decent for the quality of food & service you receive.
