First of all I suggest down load the app for daily deals and food reward points I always love to order my morning hot coffee on the daily deals strong and smooth just the way I like my hot coffee also once in awhile I will get large iced coffee preferably with a extra shot of hazelnut syrup and 2 shots of chocolate syrup fyi t would request no ice and ask for a regular cup of ice so I can make my iced coffee last

Even located in Santa Ana but they manage building and facilities very cleand and nit.
Service was nice with kindness and smile, bathroom was exceptionally clean.
I changed up my previous concept of McDonald to higher dimension.

It wasn't bad overall, the employees definitely have good customer service and the food was good. They had to lock the bathroom doors but considering a couple people came in trying to change or something I don't blame them.

This McDonald's is great, friendly staff, delicious food, and overall nice atmosphere. The only thing I don't really like is having to ask the employees to open the bathroom each time I need to use it.

Nice & friendly cashier, new remodeled inside. This place looks beautiful and nice and clean. Some homeless outside may bother you, but inside this McDonald's is such a nice place, nice restaurant. Give it a try and you will love it. Well the food is McDonald's, same as other McDonald's
