Dairy Queen

RUN!!! Filthy, the employees and the place. I stood at counter for quite a while with a large amount of employees doing nothing. Two different ones came up to the register, checked on something else then completely ignored me. Not even a quick Hi or I'll be with you in a bit. Another customer came up to complain about a hair in her shake. The employee used her finger to pick it off the soon then argued with the customer that it wasn't a hair. The "manager?" Started telling at the employees about no more mistakes. I could go on all day but in short... RUN as far and fast as you can to ANY other place serving ice cream. Oh, while writing this two other gentlemen there their burger away complaining that it was the worst burger they had ever had. This all while waiting on a single Blizzard.

I caught a mistake when they gave me the total price of my order. They added an extra medium blizzard and when I caught their mistake they mistreated me like I was in the wrong. They would not refund the mistake and told me that I would have to come by the next day so I accepted another blizzard which I did not want or need. I demanded an apology from the manager that came to assist the poor young lady that made the mistake. (Of course I did not receive an apology of any sort). This was at closing time, but if they found a way to charge me they could have refunded me. I frequently visit this Dairy Queen and I am really disappointed in the quality of service I received. There is no reason for anyone to be treated this way. I'm sure the owner will make it right, but they need to be careful of who they hire and the way they treat customers.
