I will not be going back to this location! Shelby is obnoxiously rude and will not issue refund for THEIR mistake of double charge, supposedly a glitch on KFC end. General manager Donovan was NO help either. Managers lack customer service and need retraining! I provided bank statement print out at their request BUT still unable to issue refund. Asked for corporate # and was told to look on my receipt. Still waiting on a response from corporate.

There was a long line of people waiting to place a order also people waiting for their food. Tables were dirty, floors dirty, and trash was full. People were wiping the tables themselves so they can sit and eat. The ice machine had no ice available. Only thing good about this location was it was recently updated which looks good.

Would not recommend. North side KFC in Gallup is better. I was the first customer in drive thru line and was told to park beside the building to wait for my food. I waited 40 mins before I decided to go inside to ask for my food. The workers then told me that they gave my food to someone else. I basically was waiting for nothing and when I asked for my money back, they tried to give me only $10 dollars back when my total was $23. I asked to speak to a manager and the dude was hella rude. This store needs more training on customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible service. Drive thru order didn't have straws, utensils, or napkins. Its DRIVE THRU. THESE THINGS ARE THE ESSENTIALS!!! Never mind that they also forgot the dipping sauces, ketchup or honey... Its obvious they don't want to be working there and if they keep it up, they probably won't need to. Go to the other one in town. It'll save you the aggravation...
