Mcdonald's

Food was not bad but they never have icecream for sundaes or milkshakes. If you don't go during banking hours I guess you can't get one! Really bothers me. It's not because of covid either. It's been like this for a long time now. I bet Bob doesn't know that is going on. None of his other stores have that issue. Only the gainesville stores.

I have been going to this place for around 10 yrs. I always got. Senior coffee for free on Wednesday. Was told this morning No more senior coffee free at the drive thru. I check at other McDonald's in the area and they give senior coffee free on Wednesday no matter if it's at the Thursday or in side dinning. They are willing to lose a 10 year customer over a small cup of coffee. BEWARE SENIORS!!!!

Tonight we went to this location and the person taking the order was very rude and when we got to the window we saw it was the Manger no use complaining to her. We were asked to pull forward we had ordered a couple of hamburgers just ketchup and pickle. While we sat there they helped 5 cars before they gave us our order. Also they are open 24 hours but if you go after a certain time then you must have cash you get no receipt and that isn’t just a one time experience it has happened at least the last 6 times we have gone. If there was any where else open on our side of town we wouldn’t go there at all but due to the virus Waffle House closes at midnight. It’s not that the food is bad it’s just poor customer service time after time it’s almost every time so usually if any other place is open we go there just because of the experience we have been getting over and over. If you don’t train you employees and set an example being in charge then the employees will start teating the customers that way. That is just sad my fort job was at a place and we would have never treated people like that and kept our jobs. Also and this just isn’t this McDonals it seems none one wants to give you napkins we may have ordered for 4 different people and they only give you 2 napkins napkins if you’re lucky. I ordered 4 drinks so I would think that they are more than 2 people and one napkins for each person in the first place is isn’t really enough. Come on people get it together!
