We stopped by at this location on our way to NC. Of course ordered the usual bacon egg cheese mcgriddles, pancakes, hash browns etc. fast turnaround and pretty chill nice staff. The place also looks clean and fresh. I feel like its a new location. If not, then they must have done a good job maintaining it.

I ordered a cheeseburger and instead I got a hamburger. In the process of telling them the problem they then came back a gave me a slice of cheese in a box. It was the manager that did this as well…

Lazy workers close the McDonald’s no Reason! Walked in and the male worker on May 17 2021 at 3:15 am is speaking bad words. They closed the whole McDonald’s for no reason. 4 time this month as work at night and get food at this time. I drive up and see the drive thru blocked and decide to walk in. Doors are unlocked I walk in and basically they yell at me to get out. As they yell at me that it’s closed so they don’t have to work for some hours and they are just yapping and being Lazy.

It's the main McDonald's in Oakwood Georgia and after high-school basketball or football games can be extremely busy but the drive-thru "usually" works like a well oiled machine. For the most part employees seem to be friendly and nice when it's busy and that's usually a test of their patience...

This is the rudest experience I've had at a McDonald's in 20 years. From ordering thru the drive thru to dealing with the management. They just don't give a dam. The cashier hates his job and it showed. He was terrible. I got all the way home and my order was messed up. Had to go back, wasting gas as high as gas prices are. Manager could care less about the rude staff or me Having turn around and go back for the messed up order. This place needs new staff BAD. I'll never go to this location again and I'm leaving reviews on google and social media so that everyone knows about this location.
