Dunkin'

Holy... i just went to this Dunkin for the first time and ordered an iced matcha latte and it was literally all ice.. I was curious how much drink was actually there. I had already taken 2 sips and some of the ice melted before experimenting, but I dumped out the drink, then the ice just to check. There was maybe 7-8 oz of actual drink and I had ordered a medium. Uhhh did I just pay $5 for a cup of ice...? The extra star is because the staff was friendly. Didn't have time to go back and talk to them about my order because I was in the drive thru and had to go back to work, but never got this ripped off at another Dunkin smh

i went and got a coffee here and it was made with lots of coffee grinds at the bottom and when i took it back, the lady said it was “supposed to be made that way.” when i asked for another one, the worker was super rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to make another. the second drink was made worse. she showed me the espresso maker and it was disgusting! something definitely needs to be done…

I went inside and ordered 2 coffees. One for me and one for my wife. The service was efficient and the drinks were made to our liking. The hospitality was not over the top or even great. For that reason I give 4 stars. The 5th star for me is for wow factor which was missing on this visit. Still an overall good experience.

Love this place. They have a few people that gets my order correct to where I come in and they know my order . Second family . 1 thing I didn’t like today was a man came in looked homeless and was touching everything that’s not a good look at all! Luckily I got my order done before he touched things because no deal . Roy my best coworker there . He deserves a raise the way he been going! Make him a leader !

The man the took my order at the register was friendly, however, after getting our drinks, my bagel & cream cheese was never put together. After I reminded those behind the corner, they started getting it ready but it just seemed to be a bit chaotic. There are 4 employees and a manager sat with his elbows on the counter facing the dining room on his phone the whole time. I got my bagel eventually, but the cream cheese I paid for? It's kind of embarrassing.

They refused to make my frozen coffee lactose free for allergy reasons (not able to use oat milk or almond in machine) I get it but there needs to be drinks for lactose intolerant people too! Very upsetting bc I would come here all the time for my oat milk frozen coffee and now looks like Starbucks will be the ones to fulfill my needs .

Ok so a little update. I have been back to Dunkin a few times since that incident. Well now they won't put a muffin I ordered or a coffee roll I ordered in my bag. I have to look through my order and make sure they put everything in it correctly. They tell me everything is in the bag and I don't need to check it. Which is always a couple lie. Then today I ordered a large ice coffee and they gave me a medium. I told them I ordered a large and they told no that I ordered a medium. I thought maybe I screwed up and did. Well they lied the sticker on the cup Saud large ice coffee. I checked my mobile order and I ordered a large ice coffee. I love Dunkin breakfast but I am getting sick and tired of being cheated on the the food and drinks I order. This is ridiculous!
