One of my favorite Burger King restaurants. We dine in, it’s clean in the eating area & in restrooms.
Update: went in today (02/24/22), right after the lunch rush, it was a bit messy. I still give this BK 5 ⭐️! They gave us fresh food, & when I asked for heavy pickle; they delivered! 👏
Update (04/22/22): I ordered 2 whoppers, 1 fry, 1 onion rings, 2 cokes. The order didn’t have onion rings, I touched the fries looking for the onion rings. The manager took out 1 of the fries ( that I touched) and instead of throwing them in the trash, tossed them back into the fries to be served! 🤢🤮 I had clean hands, but what if another person wasn’t into the level of hygiene that I hold myself to? A manager doing that is just gross. At least hide it from the public. I loved this place, not so much anymore. I’ll go up to Newberry Rd., hard pass on this location.

This place takes more than 20minutes every time I've gone through drive through. The woman manager is really rude to the employees and customers. Everytime I've gone I'm missing something, like today, I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal...they forgot the cheeseburger. I only continue to go here because it's the only one in my area and the kids bug me to go, otherwise I wouldn't care if the place burned down.

Friendly Staff, managers are willing to listen to issues and resolve them to the best of their abilities. Had some issues in the past with orders being wrong but I've noticed a major improvement in their functionality. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

This is honestly the most inaccurate and slow Burger King I have ever been to. If you’re going here, expect to have entire meals missing from your order and to wait a minimum of 30 minutes in the drive through. Also, if you order a VEGETARIAN IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER don’t be surprised if you end up getting a regular meat whopper WITH bacon. It’s such a shame that this is one of those places that gives fast food workers a horrible reputation.

Very nice and clean store with a modern look. The issue comes with the customer service. I walked in and waited at least 3 minutes before someone came to the counter to even acknowledge me and that was after someone from the drive thru (assuming because he was wearing a jacket) looked right at me and turned away. After that another minute went by before who I belive was thr manager (brittany) came and took my order. Once my order was taken the food was easy right away.

The Worst burger King I have ever been to. No customers in the drive thru but it takes them and I kid you not 12+ min to take our order. Many of the employees were outside goofing off and not working.once we got fed up and left the drive thru you could see more employees standing around and talking to themselves in the lobby. Please do not waste your time with this place.

This place has such a bad reputation. With how it always takes up to ten minutes or more. Just like it took 17 minutes today. And there were a couple people just standing there. Waiting to place their order for at least 5 minutes. When they were right there just talking instead of serving the costumes. And the woman manager is not very nice to people.

I had a pickup order so I already paid for my food. Upon arriving at the drive through, the worker told me to “wait a minute” and had me waiting for 20 minutes at the speaker by the menu. Someone behind me ended up skipping and driving to the window ahead of me and I had to wait even longer for them to order and receive their food. Mine was a pickup order and I had already paid. This should have been a quick process. I regret going to this location. I ended up driving up to the window since no one spoke in the speaker. And once I got to the window I waited and the workers didn’t acknowledge me nor speak to me. The window was open and I know they seen me and could hear me pulling up. I surprisingly said, “hellooo.” In order to get their attention. The girl at the window said she had no idea what happened happened because she had just got there. So apparently there was a shift change. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my order.
