I was told my order of a single banana split was "too difficult" for the drive thru and that it would irritate employees... I couldn't believe my ears. Seriously?

The people who work here are sorry. Any time my kid had ever wanted a sundae is always something. They have no ice cream they don't have hot fudge is always something. And the inside is super dirty. Customer service sucks too.

Ice cream coolers are broken, literally the glad on top was broken. The cooler for juices didn't work, and they had no idea what a cappuccino was. I wanted 15 donut holes was told I had to buy 5 10 or 25......

If I could give it zero stars I would. Been here 5 times in over 3 months and the coolers are broken everytime. In the latest time they had no ice cream at all, and only had one lady working in there by herself. She also seemed miserable working there. Who ever owns the place needs to step it up.

They Are ALWAYS out of strawberry ice cream !!! You would think with the milkshake being almost 8.00 they would stay in stock i have had this problem for going on 2 years so it doesn't seem like they will ever care.

Idk if theres a delivery issue, stock order issue or poor management but chocolate ice cream is ALWAYS OUT. ALWAYS. A ice cream shop consistently out of a base flavor? Make it make sense! It doesnt matter day of the week they are out.

Good customer service. Coffee was great. Haven't tasted ice cream yet. Location could have used a little better cleaning but they only had 2 workers behind counter. Overall it's not bad. A lot better than going to expensive Starbucks.

Sooo continued from my other bad experience at the other store... I came to this location to purchase the "USS butterscotch" sundae because the other location could not make waffle cones due to staffing issues. Well this location had waffle cones but they Informed me that they could not make the USS buterscotch because they were out of of the buterscotch ice cream. So I asked if they could make it anyway just substitute the ice cream with another... the employee seem confused, he called the other employee from the back to help us, so I asked again and was told no they couldn't make the sundae with out the buterscotch ice cream....???
