This was my first stop when I got into town. Lu fortunately after the first visit the service has been subpar. It’s always a gamble to order your coffee. Anything other than straight black coffee will most likely result in the drink having to be remade. We gave our order and due to my allergies I have to be sure they don’t add milk. Ordered large hot Carmel Mach with Oatmilk. Pretty simple right?! First coffee we received was iced, second we received had milk, third one had no Carmel! How do you mess it up three times? If dunkin would create a better culture of customer service they’d be way better than Starbucks. Just saying

Stood waiting for a while as the only one at the counter. Ordered and got the wrong donut (bavarian cream but got lemon curd- though it was in the right place). Tried to call to let them know to prevent for everyone else and no answer. Disappointing.

Very clean and new location, good service, very good WiFi (tested on YouTube video with no interruption), power outlets around the walls and even at the tables, clean restrooms, and amply parking. They open at 5am making it one of the best early WiFi spots in the area. They're reppin' DDs with style.

The restaurant is modern, well lit and clean. The service was fast and the drink came out perfect. Polite customer service made this my new favorite Dunkin in town, they really boosted what was a rough day for me

This location needs more help!! Poor young man was all alone trying to keep up with drive thru and inside customers! He did an awesome job!! Well worth the wait.. place was immaculate and he was super polite and tried extremely hard to keep all customers happy! Would have given 5 stars except for owner and or manager needs to make sure that they have more help...Gotta give the young man today a LIT of credit he held it together.. awesome job 👍👍

When I pulled in, I noticed a DD employee smoking cigarettes behind the Waffle House next door.
Proceeded to order 2 drinks. Both were the wrong size and just looked like two cups of milk.
Manager (turns out to be the Waffle House smoker) was rude and when I asked for a refund she started digging money out of her pocket and asking other employees to pitch in. Lol that was awkward.
The only decent part of the visit was the nice cashier.
Left a review using my receipt code and franchise owner never followed up. Pretty apparent this is probably the norm.

I wish google had a ZERO star because this location doesn’t even deserve one. I am a loyal dunkin customer and this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! It was pouring rain and they have an uncovered ordering mic so I went to the window thinking they would take my order. The gentleman with dreadlocks and Caucasian male looked right at me and ignored us. So thinking they were taking something out the oven I sat there until I realized he didn’t come back. So I honked and they came and said we had to order in the rain and they couldn’t take our order at the window. The individual had no empathy for the situation and was extremely rude. It would’ve taken less then two minutes to take my order and ring me up. Absolutely horrendous. Please train your staff customer service 101!
